Honoring Our Lost Mothers and Others
Honoring Our Departed Animal Companions
These art experiential workshops will enable participants who have experienced a family, friend or animal companion loss, to awaken their creativity and create visual art and writing that reflects memories, dreams and stories about the importance and significance of that loss. Participants will use their creativity to express their loss and remain connected to their loved one in a personal, powerful and meaningful way. Everyone will make a memory box and other art pieces. Art materials and instruction will be provided. However, participants are encouraged to bring copies of photos, mementos and other meaningful objects to use in their art work. No art, writing or creative experience is needed.
$300 for 6 week workshop (2 hours each week) or
$50 per week for 6 weeks
